Working as the creative director on the MetLife account, I pitched the idea of self-service portals with cross-sell opportunities. The client loved the idea, and I spent the next 3 years designing experiences for plan participants self-service, plan sponsor management, and onboarding, agent-facing case-management, and medical service providers. When not working on MetLife, I was also directing and designing display ads and landing pages for the USPS, AT&T Business and various new business pitches, including AT&T Wireless and JiffyLube.
